Looking for good home for small dachshund puppy.

I have a six month old male dachshund mix I need to rehome. I love him so much, but I can not give him what he needs anymore in terms of exercise and interaction. He’s a Black and Tan wirehair, 75% dachshund, 25% terrier. He’s 10 lb at six months old, will be around 15 full grown. He is neutered, microchipped, and completely up to date on shots. He’s 90% potty trained. Mostly goes outside and will go on puppy pads inside. He is very playful and likes kids and other pets. He loves to play fetch and will sit on your lap to chew on his toys. He’s crate trained and chooses to sleep in it. He will whine when you leave but quickly quiets down when left in his crate. He knows sit and is learning lie down. He is very intelligent. He’d come with his crate, food bowls, harness, collar, toys, blanket, toys, sweater, and vet paperwork. I love him and want him to have all his things. If there is a potential family I would like to see vet references and do a home visit to make sure it’s a safe place for him to live and he will get along with the other pets. I’m asking for a $100 rehoming fee to cover his last vet bill, but may reduce if I find the ideal family.
