I am looking for a pro bono attorney who is willing to be paid a percentage of the winnings: I paid up front for two months with a credit card and was in my second month when the landlord illegally entered my room when I was gone and started to empty my belongings and put them into their car to be taken away. They illegally tried to refund my paid money, they illegally entered my room and emptied it.They locked me out They illegally blocked the kitchen off so I could not use, physically manhandled me out of the kitchen This is just to start. I was an exemplary tenant and very clean, which is what caused the problem to begin with as I always had to clean the kitchen and their dishes before I could do my meals. This became very aggravating for me as this continued. I have pictures and some great video proof of them illegally entering my room and taking my personal possessions out. I have video proof of the landlord blocking the kitchen and yelling at me while entering my physical space as she ushered me out of her kitchen. An attorney I spoke with said I had a great case but he was just too busy himself. The Fl. Bar said they don’t refer pro bono attorneys and I can't seem to find one here in Jacksonville. There are so many slam dunk issues here. We can do state court,federal or small claims court. Does not matter to me. I was very wronged in this situation. I called the police out because they locked me out of the house as well. They made the landlord let me back in and said if they did this again that I could get in by whatever means was necessary. They made sure I moved my belongings back inside. Again, this is just a nutshell of the case. If there is an attorney here in Jacksonville,Fl whose business may be a bit slow right now and would be interested in talking with me more about this, I sure would appreciate it.
