TUSCALOOSA, AL — Shelton State Community College this week named Jackson Gaido as the new coach of the school's Esports team. As Patch previously reported, the Esports team first began competing in October 2020. He is currently pursuing a degree in programming and application development. "I am extremely excited to be a new part of this team as the coach and help each player achieve their max potential," he said. "I can't wait to see how this amazing group continues to grow and perform!" Gaido will join Shelton State Esports sponsor Elena Hodgson in leading the team.
