Help fix my HOT TUB

I have a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from 2003 - a J350 - I replaced the O-ring in one of my pumps and it worked fine but now my water hearter needs to be replace. Looking for someone with HOT tub experance - this is a video of the probem i have having - I don't have the heater yet so this might need to be a job that would need 2 visits. First take out the bad heater - let me order the correct item. When it comes in - then install the heater... let me know the experance you have with Hot Tubs and what the cost would be for both visits... thanks
