We are Looking to Hire Multi-Skilled Construction Workers / Handyman to join our team NOW! $25+ per hour (Or more depending on experience level) *** 🚨 IMPORTANT: Please leave a telephone number or email address in your reply so we can contact you*** EXPERIENCE IN HOME REMODELS (KITCHEN AND BATH) and NEW ROOM ADDITIONS IS PREFERRED! COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE WITH TENANT IMPROVEMENTS IS A PLUS! MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS ⚒️ RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION 🛻 Must be skilled with extensive experience in several of the following: • Finish Carpentry • Cabinet Installation • Framing (Rough framing and finish work) • Painting • Drywall (Repair and Install - walls or ceilings. Apply tape and texture to match) • Plumbing (rough and finish) • Electrical (Installation of can lights, fixtures wall plugs) • Tile Installation • Flooring Installation (Tile, Hardwood, Laminate, LVP) • Concrete/Masonry • Installation of Doors and windows • General Repairs, Etc. MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: • Must be legal with valid Driver's License and SSN • Must have your own tools • Must have your own truck • Must have a smart phone and access to the internet • Must be responsible and dependable • Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus • Reading Plans is a plus.
