Saturday morning Yoga- all levels. 2020 has been hard on us all. How do we cope during this time? We are all trying to figure it out, so let's work together in a safe way to come back to our center. Wild Heaven West End Brewery is opening our doors, once again for Community Yoga. These sessions will consist of slow flow, stillness, meditation and (closed mouth)breath work. Due to COVID- we must reduce class sizes to ensure we have safe distancing. Participants must bring their own mats, props and a water bottle is highly encouraged. NO mat or props will be available for use. No drop-ins are allowed. You must register for space and check-in at the door. We will take temperature with touch-less thermometer. Must enter wearing face mask. You can remove face mask while on your mat during practice but must be on off the mat.
