Electrician needed for occasional troubleshooting repair of electrical issues in rental properties. NOT a full time job, but strictly on call as-needed basis. Can do the work in the evenings or weekends if you'd like License desired, but not required. Most important is that you have good troubleshooting skills and know how to do any repairs up to code.
