Primary Job Duties Are: - Picking up trash around a large property - Gardening, trimming and weeding (Tools Provided) - Painting over light graffiti (as needed) - Minor irrigation repair - Occasional dumping/removal of large trash items Work hours are 6am -2pm Monday through Friday This job involves extensive walking and standing outside each day rain or shine. A physically fit individual is needed. Property is large, two city blocks. BENEFITS: Health Insurance!! Sick Pay Vacation!!
