Looking for INDEPENDENT shower installers

I am starting a glass shop and would like to contract (on a per job basis) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS (1099) that are well experienced doing frameless glass shower installs. Installer must provide previous references, have their own tools, and their own method of transporting glass. You will not be employed by me but rather sub-contracted. Your profits will be significantly better than working as an employee for someone else. Installer must have his/her own helper/crew. Labor profits will be split 50-50 on a "per job" basis. This means: If there is a $400 budget for one shower install, you will get 50% of $400 (and there could be several jobs per day depending on your own ability). I don't care how you re-distribute your profit with your crew. You are their boss.
