I built this catio last year for my kitties, and they absolutely love it. Unfortunately I moved and the setup at the new place isn’t working out. A lot of work and money went into building this. I built a sturdy deck from composite deck wood so there will be no issues with rotting. The entire structure is painted with weatherproof deck paint, and I have extra paint you can have. I built a roof out of corrugated metal, and there is even a door from the outside of it so you can get inside to add shelves or clean, or play with your cat. My cat Lilly loves to watch me garden, lounge in the sun, munch her catnip plant, and get brushed in there. The whole thing can be disassembled and reassembled using wood screws. I am asking $400 or best serious offer. Just lowered the price from $800. I am located in the east Cesar Chavez neighborhood, and am flexible on pickup dates and times. dimensions: About 7-8’ tall 5’ 1/2 long 3’ wide Can be rearranged to be flat against the house width wise or long wise, and shelves and walks added or removed or changed. Deck can also be removed and catio attached to existing surface. **Please note** I am not trying to make money on this, just trying to recoup a fraction of my costs.
