2 orange kittens

These two kittens I found outside and have been taking care of them but I cannot keep them. I have 2 cats of my own and my apartment only allows 2 pets. They both love to cuddle and love to play they’re so sweet but my two cats don't get along with them. They’re good with other cats and very friendly. Orange and white one is around 12-14 weeks old and the lighter orange one is around 3 months old. They both have been given dewormer, vet recommend. Both use the litter box.
