LF roommate who cleans for cheap rent

Hello! I am trying to find a roommate before going apartment hunting. I'm a working professional in I.T. very chill roommate, very clean and tidy. But soon I'll be working and going to school, so i won't have time to keep up with housework. so I was wondering if there is anyone out there who might be interested in very cheap rent as long as they are willing to do some extra cleaning/cooking. Would be looking at getting a 2 bedroom apartment or house for rent. I am open to potentially discounting your rent down to 200$ or 100$. Depending on how much you are willing to do around the house. Would prefer a female roommate. This would be a great setup for someone just out of highschool or in college when you often have more time than income. respond if interested.
