Are you a maintenance leader who enjoys developing teams and also staying hands on? We are searching for an outstanding Maintenance Manager to join our team in Austin! As a successful Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for preserving the asset and providing a quality customer experience which includes: property appearance, managing service requests and turning units in a timely manner. You will direct and perform the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Maintenance staff. This will include: distribution of work, training and development, performance management, employee morale and performing daily maintenance. Required Experience: Minimum of three years apartment maintenance experience and at least one year in a supervisory experience. Computer skills – highly preferred Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance coverage and access to a personal vehicle Able to safely drive and operate golf cart to travel around the property Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English See yourself #FlourishatHGFenton!
