Chihuahua/terrier mix Puppy

I have a male chihuahua/terrier mix puppy, black/brown/white in color. I've had him for a few weeks and I'm guessing his age to be around 4-5 months as he still has his puppy teeth, but he has his adult coat of fur and his testicles have dropped. Judging by the size of his paws, I doubt he's going to get much bigger than he is now. He's very sweet and quite smart, but also very high energy and requires a lot of attention and engagement. I've grown pretty attached and would love to keep him, but I have cats and while he seems to like them very much, they don't feel the same way and I feel bad that their home life is being so badly disrupted. So now I'm on a mission to find him the best possible forever home where he will be kept indoors, given all the attention and care he needs and spoiled rotten. I've been calling him Scooter, but he doesn't really answer to it yet. Anyway here are a few photos, he will come with the supplies I've purchased or appropriated for him -- small collar, retractable leash, partial bag of puppy pads, food, biscuits and some toys and there is a small rehoming fee of $200.
