Help Wanted, Claymont, DE. $15.00-$17.00 per hour to start, based on your experience. Immediate opening. You will assist in General Office Cleaning/Restrooms/Common Areas. Hours generally are 3 or 4 pm start time until -9:00-10:00 pm. The hours vary because we work as a team to get the entire location clean, so there will crossover with specific tasks depending on where help is needed. As the Working Supervisor in addition to your cleaning duties, you will assist in Training New Hires, Managing Schedules, Ensuring Crew completes routines, Quality Compliance Inspections, and handling minor issues of employees. We are looking to add a quality individual to help lead our team. GOAL: • Keep buildings at a high level of cleanliness and in an orderly condition * Help maintain a team of well-trained team, who want to deliver a quality service. • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: • Some experience and the ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Transportation preferred, but not a requirement.
