Calling all working dog breeders

We are looking for a female mal with papers (preferably black) or bloodhounds that a breeder may want to donate for a program we are putting together. I was offered the opportunity to present a program to my local county and state to create a training facility for all working dogs (search and rescue, law enforcement, & EMS) and am looking for dogs to train to be an example to show the commissioners what they will be getting if they sign off on this project. It’s a huge deal because more often then not counties have to pull dogs from hours or even states away to perform duties that could be life or death so this will help provide dogs for counties that may not be able to afford them otherwise for a more affordable cost!
