I have a small orange cat, not fixed since I found him a few months ago outside. Has been dewormed as per vet orders. Willing to pay to get fixed if person who is homing is able to take him in. I am looking for a fostering home for 6-8 months as I look for a new home that allows animals. Housing currently does not allow animals and I need immediate help.
