Chorkie looking to be rehomed

2 yrs old - neutered- fine with cats/ dogs- very loving- total lap dog-he wants to sleep next to you all night and he'll follow you around the house. He LOVES to fetch. High energy for play. We will be asking for a rehoming fee only to be sure that he's getting a solid home. We will ask to see the home he'll live in just for peace of mind. Benny is really very special. He's a good little boy, just needs the right environment. Why are we? He is not ok with small children. We have a 4 yr old child in the home and he's not become any better in spite of training. He's not hurt a child yet, but he has nipped and growled. It's not frequent, but it happens. If he is with an adult that has no small children, that would be best. We will not consider a family with small children. He is 90% housebroken, but will occasionally use potty pad( I always leave one available) He barks at strangers, so he's a good guard dog, but not for someone that entertains frequently. He's yappy around strangers, but once introduced he just wants attention. He is a tiny dog with a Napoleon complex, but he is so loving! I am not happy to do this, but I feel there may be a good match out there.
