Yamava Area - Maintenance Person & On Site Manager Needed for Small Residential Building, Maintenance/Handyman experience expected from a motivated, energetic and self-directed team! Please read completely and follow instructions. Duties include: • Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas; • Maintaining and cleaning the common areas; • Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors; • Quickly turning units at tenant move-out; • Big Plus with "handyman experience". • Answering calls from tenants, management and prospective tenants; • Troubleshooting onsite problems; • Enforcing property rules & regulations; • Serving notices; • Marketing vacancies and • Timely leasing of vacated units. The ideal candidate(s) will be effective in evaluating & resolving problems and effectively communicating how the problem was managed and resolved. The ideal candidate(s) will demonstrate great communication and organization skills in addition to a service-oriented attitude. The position offers FULL RENTAL CREDIT compensation for housing in a 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit in return for a part-time position. Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary (Spanish/English preferred). This is a wonderful entry level opportunity for someone/couple who is looking to become an on-site property manager!
