Immerse yourself in Japan and ring in that new year with a fresh glass of sake! The party room in back will open up after 10pm and the dancing will commence! Things will kick off in the front at 8:30pm with drinks and sushi rolls, prior to that it will be standard bar service. **Gratuity Not Included We are Colorado's only sake brewery/taproom. From our Shochu (Collaberation with Ironton Distillery), to our American Standard, and every infusion you can think of we've got your sake fix.
