Sat January 15th, Furstwurld in Joshua Tree present local rockers Hammer of the Ozz, Kosmic Lizards (from L.A.) & The "JT City Rollers". Doors at 7pm. First up The "JT City Rollers" perform original music featuring former member of KD Turnstile's band and Santana Denny Westin with Lisa Black, Paul Forrester and Bonnie Caldwell. 2nd up "Kosmic Lizard" featuring bassist Paul Ill of Linda Perry's band, Courtney Love's band et al., drummer Dan Potruch of Guitar Shorty, Keb Mo et al., singer Rafael Cury of Brazilian fav Celso Salim. Followed by "Hammer of the Ozz" featuring Big Dave Johnson, Lisa Rae Black, Greg Gordon and Paul Forrester performing music of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin along with select originals. The band is booked to open for "Bush" and "Pennywise" at King of the The Hammers Feb. 5th. See them live up close beforehand. No walk ups at Furstwuld, all tickets are pre-sale post Covid. Proof of vax required. Maximum 60 attendees. Parking available next door. Food and beverages available for purchase on site. A portion of ticket sales are donated to Furstwurld, support local arts!
