Class starts at 10am and is an hour vinyasa practice. Miel has a beautiful courtyard with heaters that we can spread out in. Your ticket gets you into class + a beverage of your choice from Miel Brewery (NA options available). Class size is limited to 15 people. Following New Orleans mandates you must show proof of a vaccine or negative covid test within 3 days of class. Bring your own mat and water.
