This project is a very simple one for anyone who has installed deck railings before. There is five feet of Horizontal railing on the deck (which is only about 30" above grade) Then there is 24' of Ramp. Four 6' sections and 6 4 x 4 posts to ledger lock into the outside 2 x 8 ledger. This ramp is on a 10-15 degree slope. After the vinyl railing (VERANDA BRAND) is finished the ramp and the deck ledgers (about 30' total) need to be wrapped with AZEC facia. There is also 26 feet of handrail that needs to be screwed into the house on the other side of the ramp. Please reply with your experience you have. All materials will be on site. Please reply with your day rate (I day of labor) or your preferred hourly rate. You will need to provide all tools for this project. Paid 1/2 day up front to show up (the GC will be on the job site to verify) and the balance, later that day when all trim work is finished. THIS WORK WILL BE READY TO GO ON TUES OR WEDS AT THE LATEST.
