Looking for rat rescue

Looking for a rat rescue or someone experienced with socializing rats to take our male rat. He was a feeder that we kept and he was very friendly as a baby, as he grew and with us not handling him enough, he became more shy and jumpy. Hes about 5 months old, he’s nipped before but has never drew blood, and does enjoy attention, we just dont give him enough of it. He needs to come out more and be held and played with, and he’s healthy for the most part, other than the occasional sneezing, but not likely to be any respiratory issues. He’s albino with standard ear and standard fur. Dont want him to become food, so if anyone can take him and work with him to give him a chance at a good loving home, we’d love that.
