Foothill Roots Farm is hiring farm crew members! Job Description: We’re looking for people who love vegetables, hard work, working at a fast pace, being outside in all kinds of weather, are self-motivated, and detail oriented. This is a work environment where we enjoy many laughs and good conversation while working hard. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather, lift 40+ pounds, enjoy repetitive tasks, enjoy customer service, and have a valid drivers license. We recommend having a strong athletic background or previous farm experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Crew members are involved in all aspects of running the farm... starting seeds, transplanting, irrigation, weeding, harvesting, post harvest handling, packing orders and working the farm stand.
