Remodeling Construction helper needed

Primary Responsibilities will include: Complete reconstruction of houses -Working to maintain clean and safe construction sites drywall, paint, caulking, touch-ups & misc. repairs. -Light framing and carpentry -Other tasks include household handyman services, yard maintenance -Other construction and maintenance tasks as assigned Requirements: -Ability to work independently -Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance -Reliable transportation -Physically capable of lifting/carrying 75 lbs -Ability to climb ladders and work at gutter-level heights -Basic power and hand tools for construction and basic home maintenance -Able to pass drug test You must be a team player that is good at taking direction, working independently, responsible, have a positive attitude, pride in work and attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
