Rehearsal room looking for band/musicians

Hello! I'm in a band that rehearses at Old Rainier Brewery, and we're looking for a band/individuals to share it with us. FYI, we have a room drum kit already set up to save space. Although, if you wanted to make your kit the room kit, that's probably cool; we can definitely discuss that. Anyhow, the room kit stays set up to save time; we just swap out kick pedal and cymbals (and snare drum too if you like). We also have a large, shared bass cab, so we don't have room for another big bass cab. The room has a 4-channel PA. It's nothing fancy, but it's gets the job done. Note: we don't share a room microphone, though (germs!). The room has some overhead storage that is accessible by ladder. This could be used to store gear like guitars, keyboards and pedal boards, or very light amps. Otherwise there is some room to store amps on the floor, just no massive stacks though.
