Yinyasa Yoga is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. The Vinyasa postures flow from one to the next to create internal heat. The Yin postures are held for longer periods of time to allow the muscles to relax and the connective tissues to be gently stretched. Appropriate for all levels.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and take your belongings to your yoga space. You will be checked in at the door.

(Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for blue door #22 with a red buddha on it.)
