Our expertly smoked, "ham brined" Pork Shoulder rubbed with brown sugar, ginger, and juniper ready for you to reheat for your holiday gathering. This entire pork shoulder comes with 2 special condiments, our Classic Cranberry Chutney with orange, cinnamon, and brown sugar. And an Apricot Mostarda, cooked with star anise and stone ground mustard. The shoulders come chilled complete with reheating instructions and are wrapped tight ready for your oven.
