Need someone EXPERIENCED in installing luxury vinyl flooring in a small 12 x 11 foot kitchen. Unsure what needs to be done to the current floor prior to installing the new vinyl flooring. So looking for someone who knows what is needed and can do the job so that it will be a QUALITY installation and last for many years.
