I have been processing wild game and domestic animals my whole life. We’re cheap, clean, use sanitary equipment and fast! Usually process big game like elk in 2-3 days. No more waiting weeks for your normal butcher. We process all wild game, sheep, pigs, cattle, etc. everything from ground, roasts, prime cuts, steaks, sausage, etc. Thanks.
