Two buildings in Commack have Suffolk County Industrial Development exemptions and will be tax exempt for 5-10 years. Fieldstone of Commack on Jericho tpke opposite Northgate pays zero (0) property taxes. The new building under development by Karillon opposite the Commack post office has an IDA exemption and will not pay property taxes for 5-10 years.
