Day or night, 24/7 Carol would always respond to any emergency or planned event where CERT services were needed. She will be missed and always remembered by all of her Hamden CERT Family. ❤ We send our sincere condolences to Carol's husband Bob, son, Stephen and the rest of her family. May she RIP.
