Description:
White male Between 45-65 years old 5'8" tall Weighed 164 lbs. He had brown hair about 7 inches in length. He had a brown/gray colored beard and mustache and his eye color was not known. He was wearing a maroon and white "Uvalde Coyotes" jacket, Red Oak Sportswear 4420 Micro to Polar fleece jacket (medium), red "Taste of New Orleans Sunken Garden 1999" t-shirt (XXL), white and blue rope belt, blue jeans brand Freedom of Revolution Style JRA-024 (34/30), black men's shoes HB Hunter's Bay (size 9).
The decedent was found lying unresponsive in an open field near Brooks City Base in San Antonio (78223). The area is known to be a site for homeless persons to camp out. A sleeping bag and empty beer cans were found near the decedent.
