Description:
Black Male Approximately 30 - 50 years old 5'11" tall Weighed 270 lbs. He was wearing a black short sleeved t-shirt, blue jeans, green shorts and black Nike shoes.
The decedent was discovered lying unresponsive on the roadway on the east side of San Antonio (78202).
