Looking for hosts for honey bee hives

Hello, I'm on the lookout for areas to place honey bee hives. I'm looking for quiet, out of the way places with easy access by SUV. Honey bees have a beneficial effect on the area they're in and don't need a large area to be kept. They'll pollinate many types a plants within a 1-3 mile radius and I'd be willing to discuss giving a certain amount of honey per hive in exchange for land placement.
