Water and oil don't mix, so the rain on roads with oil build up creates slippery and therefor hazardous road conditions. Please drive with caution, slow down and provide extra space between vehicles. If traffic signals are down, please remember to treat all 4 – way intersections as a Stop sign governed intersection. Remember to avoid driving  through flood water or on flooded roadways.
