Need to re-home sweet dog

Bubba is a sweet 9 year old pit mix. Loves hiking, walking, swimming, and doing agility but he can also be a couch potato. Loves to snuggle and thinks he’s a lap dog. Very food driven for training! He was adopted and has some weird quirks: scared of enclosed hallways, doesn’t like when floors transition from one surface to another, etc. We have to re-home him because our toddler is extremely allergic to him and they are currently completely separated which means Bub is essentially isolated from the family. With my toddler and also having a newborn I don’t have much time to spend with him. He’s not a happy dog anymore and I feel bad :( He has lived with cats before and is fine with them but he isn’t dog friendly unless introduced properly. Good with babies and toddlers but scared of small children. Up to date with vaccines and had his teeth cleaned last year. I really want to find a good home for him and do not want to have to take him to a shelter. Small rehoming fee but mainly going to be screening for a good home (meet and greet, yard check, etc).
