Description
Looking for someone with references who’s reliable and knowledgeable to do simple tasks, and simple electrical & plumbing. We need someone every few months to help out. We want an ongoing work relationship. We wait until we have enough for 1-2 days, 6 hrs a day. Lots of small miscellaneous jobs around the house and yard. No complex electrical or plumbing. We always pay cash. In Dec or Jan we will have one day of work doing:
- Installing dimmer switches
- installing new switch plates
- installing a filtered water faucet and under-sink filter
- installing a kitty door
- assembling a pre-made cabinet/shelf
- paint touch up
- installing weather stripping on doors
- probably other similar tasks
