ELMHURST, IL — In the last few days, Elmhurst police made three DUI arrests, including one involving an Elmhurst resident. Here is information from the reports:
Randolph Beckmann, 57, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 10 p.m. Wednesday at Spring and St. Charles on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released on bond. According to a police report, he was arrested after a single-vehicle crash. Genaro Ceto Carrillo, 20, of Bensenville, was arrested about 8 a.m. Monday at Utley and Rex on charges of aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of open alcohol. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. Evelia Vega, 36, of Villa Park, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Monday at North and Ferndale on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and failure to carry driver's license on person. She was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
