DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — All after-school and evening activities for ISD 196 high schools on Friday have been cancelled due to the snowstorm, ISD 196 announced. The district had previously cancelled after-school activities for just elementary and middle schools, saying it would update with a decision on high school activities. School was cancelled Friday due to the snowstorm and a shortage of bus drivers.
