Pay depends of skill and experience: $12-$30 Candidates must be able to preform simple tasks and duties as: -takes directions well -fast mover -can paint walls -carry up to 40 pounds of debris -can clean and scrub windows -have reliable transportation I own investment properties and am overwhelmed with work. I have a bunch of work that needs to be done and could use an extra set of hands of two around. The more versatile the better. Also, can't be scared to get your hands dirty.
