Hate the idea of exercising in a gym wearing a mask? Get stronger and boost your immune system by moving outdoors. Resistance training provides many benefits that steady state cardio (jogging) alone does not. I have (weighted vests, kettlebells, slam balls, jump ropes etc.) so you can do a wide variety of exercises.
Buddy workouts with a friend(s) is an option. Short (15,20 min) consistent exercise will enhance your posture and balance.
