I am moving from my office in downtown Sarasota. Seeking someone to do various odd jobs to fix the place up before I move out. Projects such as repair small holes due to screws from shelves, remove my Nest thermostat and replace with the original. Also would like someone who could make casters for a 8ft wide temp wall made of a thin paneling to make it mobile. I don’t have a big budget as Covid killed my business and the landlord feels the market is back for real estate therefore tripling my rent forcing me to move. Let me know what you would charge. And of course I would be paying cash. I would like to do this like the second week of Jan.
