Is it possible to design a website that uses the IP address of visitors - after reviewing policies and affirming to terms of use agreement - to then use that visitor’s IP address to subsequently visit other websites? I’m working on a research proposal for a fellowship. Thoughts or suggestions on how to get to the bottom of this are most welcome and appreciated. Thanks.
