FOUND DOG Found on 12/7/2021 in Tulsa, OK 11th and Harvard area near the University of Tulsa Female. 60ish lbs. Young. Mostly light brown fur with white and black peppered throughout. Dark face and ears. Possibly German Shepherd mix. She is not microchipped and was not wearing a collar when found.
