Need urgent help to find lost pup!

Me and my family’s sweet boy got taken away from us we are not sure at the moment if he ran away or if someone took him. But it’s been a week since he disappeared and everyday me and my family look for him and so far we have found no trace of him. We have contacted animal centers,pet control, and many more places and no one has seen him. He just turned 1year and had a blue and red collar with a bow on it.He needs medication for his allergies as well.He was last around the area of north Lamar,east Grady drive,Austin Texas. Please help me and my family get our boy back home safely. We all dearly miss him.
