We are doing an informal survey to see if anyone would be interested in a In Person Wellness Check service where we would physically visit home bound elderly and disabled clients to see how they are doing. These would be short non-medical visits and we would charge on a monthly subscription basis. These visits would make certain elderly clients have no problems and would be good for family members who live long distances away. We don't need your name or contact information we are just trying to see if there would be potential interest for such a service and would appreciate any thoughts and comments you have on what would be beneficial with this type of service.
