Scout and Finch are a lovely and bonded pair of rescued Pekin ducks estimated to be under a year old. Scout is female, and Finch is male. Scout has osteoarthritis in her knees due to neglect in her former home and requires pain management in the form of a pill administered daily in a blueberry with food. Scout is considered special needs. Scout and Finch are looking for a good, loving home in which they can live out their natural lives as friends not food, receive individualized care and be kept safe in predator proof housing. Their dream home has a small pond with easy access for Scout (but they could be happy with an appropriate kiddie pool set up). Home check required with applications. Transportation to new adoptive home offered within reasonable distance to Upstate New York.
