Small piglet needing rescue

Hi, I took in a tiny potbelly piglet from a friend who had no idea how young the little one was. I believe she was taken from her mom too early. She is the size of a kitten. I have some experience with neonates but not much with piglets specifically so I am doing my best. I am wanting her to go to a home or rescue that knows how to take care of her.
